Headshot Day
I will arrive early to set-up a headshot portrait studio at your location that includes professional equipment: umbrella diffused strobe lighting and reflectors for controlled, flattering illumination; professional cameras and lenses that produce sharp, high-resolution images; a tethering program that associates each image with the individual's name in real-time; and software that creates private, individualized galleries for each participant. I have a variety of backdrops available including white, grey, or brown, or can use an existing environment as a background. Whether you have 5, 10, 50 or 150 people, each person will receive personalized direction that will guide them into the best pose that will not only be flattering, but allow their warmth and personality to shine.
Create a Coordinated Look
No more sorting through hundreds of files trying to figure who is who and individually emailing each person a link to a shared folder. I can email each participant a link to their own private gallery without you having to lift a finger. From there they can quickly downloaded their images to their phone or computer and use them for everything from email signatures to LinkedIn, social media profiles to website directories, speaking engagements to brochures. And just like that you have a consistent look across your platforms that is unified, clean and professional so you and your team can focus on building relationships with your customers and completing your goals.
